Academy can be added to any combination. For Payments, the payment provider's fees are additional. Packages are activated according to the setup you agree on.

price adds up.

Discuss your setupHow is the price calculated?
For each selected package, the fixed package fee is added to the per-user fee multiplied by the number of users. All selected packages are then added together. The calculator uses the same user count for every package. If different groups need different packages, we prepare a tailored quote.
Do we pay the user fee for every package?
Yes. The price list specifies SEK 760 per user and selected package, per month. Five users in two packages therefore means ten user fees, plus the two fixed package fees. Both parts are shown in the breakdown.
Are the combinations separate subscriptions?
No, they are suggestions for combining the standard packages. The price is the sum of the packages in each combination. You can choose a single package, customise a combination or build your own.
Does a SEK 0 one-off fee mean implementation is free?
No. The packages in this price list have no separate one-off package fee. Implementation, data migration, customisation and training are separate services that need to be assessed and quoted.
What do annual pricing and preferred contract length mean?
The annual view is the monthly cost multiplied by twelve, with no discount. It does not determine billing frequency. The contract length in the calculator is a preference for your quote. Commitment period, payment terms and any discount are confirmed before you decide.
Are these amounts a binding offer?
No. This page gives an indicative price based on Qrona's price list dated 10 September 2026. We confirm current prices, scope and terms in a quote. All amounts on this page exclude VAT.
